From 15–20 July 2026, Al-Kawthar University successfully organized the Faculty Excellence & Teaching Competency Development Program (FETCDP-2026), a comprehensive professional development initiative aimed at enhancing teaching competencies, fostering academic excellence, and equipping faculty members with innovative pedagogical approaches.

Throughout the program, participants engaged in interactive learning experiences focused on learner-centered teaching, effective assessment strategies, curriculum documentation, classroom management, professional ethics, and faculty development.
