The Niqab Beyond Perceptions
The Department of Humanities & Social Sciences organized an engaging and thought-provoking session on "Understanding the Sociology of Niqab," providing students with an opportunity to examine the topic through social, historical, cultural, and religious perspectives. The interactive session encouraged participants to ask insightful questions, engage in meaningful discussions, and critically reflect on common perceptions surrounding the niqab.
By promoting evidence-based dialogue and rational inquiry, the session broadened students' understanding of the complexities associated with identity, culture, and faith.
