The Professional Development Center (PDC) at Al-Kawthar University is dedicated to enhancing the skills and capacities of faculty, staff, and students through targeted training, leadership programs, and academic development initiatives. Focused on excellence, innovation, and Islamic values, the PDC bridges the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application. It fosters industry-academia collaboration and supports a culture of continuous improvement across the university with partner institutions and organizations.
