First Board of Governors Meeting
The first Board of Governors meeting of Al-Kawthar University marked a significant milestone in the institution's journey. Chaired by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob, T.I., the meeting brought together a diverse group of stakeholders, including representatives from the Higher Education Commission, Sindh Higher Education Commission, and the Universities and Boards Department of the Government of Sindh, as well as prominent entrepreneurs and business leaders.
The meeting began with the Registrar, Dr. Rida Ahmed, presenting the agenda items. The Board Members expressed their appreciation for Prof. Dr. Mahboob's leadership and efforts in establishing the university, reaffirming their unanimous support for his vision and the institution's future. They emphasized their commitment to adopting best practices to ensure the university's growth and success.

The Board approved all agenda items, including nominations for statutory committees, academic programs, and the statutes, regulations, and rules of Al-Kawthar University. Each item was thoroughly discussed, ensuring that the university is well-positioned to sustain and thrive in all areas of development.
