F&PC Convenes for Its 3rd Meeting
The 3rd Meeting of the Finance & Planning Committee (F&PC) of Al-Kawthar University was held on 30 June 2026 under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob, T.I., Vice Chancellor, Al-Kawthar University. The meeting was attended by distinguished members from academia, government, industry, and the Education For You Foundation (EFYF).
During the meeting, the Committee deliberated upon key financial, administrative, and policy matters of the University. After a detailed discussion, the Committee recommended the Revised Budget Estimates for Financial Year 2025–26. The Committee reviewed and recommended the Audited Financial Statements for FY 2023–24 and FY 2024–25.
Furthermore, the Committee recommended the approval of several important institutional policies and administrative matters, including the Endowment Fund Policy, Health Insurance Policy, Revised Overtime Rates, and the Appointment of Auditors.
The meeting reflected the Committee’s commitment to ensuring sound financial governance, strategic planning, and sustainable institutional growth, reinforcing Al-Kawthar University’s vision of academic excellence and organizational effectiveness.
