Al-Kawthar University, Rashidabad Campus represents a significant expansion of quality higher education in Southern Sindh. Following a recent inspection by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan, the campus has been granted approval to commence academic programs. With a capacity of approximately 1,500–1,800 students, the 10.5-acre campus is strategically located to serve students from Tando Allahyar, Matiari, Mirpurkhas, Umerkot, and surrounding districts, thereby bringing modern university education closer to communities across the region.

The purpose-built campus features comprehensive academic and recreational infrastructure, including a multi-storey academic block comprising 24 lecture halls and classrooms, administrative offices, a library, laboratories, and dedicated learning spaces, in addition to designated prayer facilities. The campus environment is further enhanced by a 2.5-acre lake, as well as football, lawn tennis, basketball, and squash courts, along with multipurpose sports areas. Students also have access to the broader Rashidabad facilities, including healthcare services, swimming, horse riding, and recreational clubs.
