Together, We Stand with Kashmir

The Al-Kawthar University Karachi community came together today to observe Youm-e-Istehsal, standing in solidarity with the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (IIOJK).

Faculty, staff, and students participated in a series of activities marked by unity, reflection, and prayers, reaffirming the university's commitment to justice, peace, human dignity, and the fundamental rights of the Kashmiri people.

The observance served as a moment for the campus community to pause and express solidarity with those affected by the ongoing situation in IIOJK, reflecting the university's broader values of compassion and support for human rights around the world.

The university reaffirmed its continued commitment to raising awareness about the Kashmir issue and standing with communities facing hardship, in line with its mission to foster socially conscious and globally aware graduates.
